At Women’s Recovery, we understand that women have unique experiences and needs. In our women’s daily treatment program, we strive to provide a safe and supportive environment where women can heal and recover from substance use and trauma.
Our women’s daily treatment services in Colorado are designed to provide intensive support and therapy for women who are struggling with substance use and misuse and the effects of trauma. We combine evidence-based treatments, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-focused therapy, and other holistic approaches to provide a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses the individual needs of each woman.
Our women’s daily treatment program provides the following:
- Individual therapy – Our licensed therapists work one-on-one with women to address their specific needs and help them develop coping strategies to manage their symptoms.
- Group therapy – Women participate in a variety of group therapy sessions, including process groups, psychoeducational groups, and skill-building groups. Our groups are designed to help women learn from one another, build supportive relationships, and practice new skills in a safe and supportive environment.
- Trauma-focused therapy – Our program is trauma-integrated, and we provide specialized trauma-focused therapy to help women address the underlying trauma that may be contributing to their substance use and misuse.
- Aftercare planning – Our program provides support and resources to women as they transition back into their community. We work with each woman to develop a personalized aftercare plan that includes ongoing therapy, support groups, and other resources to help them maintain their recovery.
At our gender-specific women’s daily treatment program, we are committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based treatment to help women recover from substance use and misuse and the effects of trauma. Our women’s daily treatment program in Colorado is designed to provide a safe and supportive environment where women can heal and build the skills and strategies they need to maintain their recovery and achieve their goals.
